Good Day, Sacramento – May 31, 2011

Today we did another segment on “Good Day Sacramento” and had a great time!  We went to a gentleman’s apartment in Modesto named Greg who was having issues with a slow boot and slow surfing.  We were able to run several programs that we list in our downloads section:  CCleaner, SuperAntiSpyware, and we also edited the msconfig to remove some startup problems.

We received a lot of phone calls after last episode about CCleaner.  I want to be clear that CCleaner is not the “DO-ALL” program.  It merely removes your web surfing junk like Cookies, Temporary Internet files, History, etc.  It cannot remove viruses (unless they are residing inside of your temporary internet files folder or other places that CCleaner cleans).

As usual Alan was a lot of fun and asked great questions.  Let me know if you have any questions about the segment or if you liked the show!
