Our Golden Ticket program allows our senior customers to use us as an excuse not to let the bad guys in. It comes with our Protect Care and it comes with remote & phone support* at no extra charge!

Here is what is included:

  • 24/7 monitoring of computer components including hard drive health and space, memory, software health and more
  • Enterprise class anti-virus and firewall
  • Windows & Apple patches and updates
  • 3rd party software patches and updates
  • Weekly maintenance taking place every Wednesday evening

In addition to the above, it comes with 5 hours of remote and phone support per month.
