So many people have come up with their analysis of what went wrong in California this election so I figured I would add my two cents.

The fear I have is that the party will make excuses that this is California and a Republican can’t win in California.  I fear the party will continue to move to the left just to get the votes.  Remember that moving to the left does nothing to promote and encourage the conservative agenda.  I think that would be devastating to our state and party.

As was pointed out to me by John D Villarreal of Conservative New Media, the states of New Jersey and Massachusetts have a much larger gap between registered Democrats and Republicans yet they have elected Governor’s like Chris Christie and former Governor Mitt Romney.  Also California has most recently elected Arnold who, even though is no conservative, wears the elephant suit.

My opinion is that what we faced this election is a backlash towards RINO Republicans.  We elected Arnold (minus my vote) because he More >
